INDIGENOUS VISIONING: A FOR-PROFIT ALLY FUELING NONPROFIT CHANGE
The All Nations Rise history begins with a vision — and a woman who refused to let her community go without.
All Nations Rise grew out of Indigenous Visioning (IV) — a for-profit, Indigenous-led consultancy with over 120 years of combined experience in advocacy, systems change, and community engagement.
IV has spent years working with tribal nations and state leaders to close opportunity gaps, uphold sovereignty, and elevate Indigenous voices.
Recognizing the need for a dedicated nonprofit to sustain and expand this work, IV founded All Nations Rise in partnership with tribal elders, educators, and community leaders.
Barb Fabre, founder of Indigenous Visioning and All Nations Rise, built this model on a simple belief: Indigenous communities already hold the wisdom their children need to thrive.
From Vision to Action: A Movement Grown in Culture and Community
The Indigenous nonprofit All Nations Rise in Minnesota began with a commitment to change — strengthening Indigenous child care systems, uplifting parents and caregivers, and advocating for culturally grounded solutions.
As a Seven Grandfather Teachings organization, All Nations Rise is guided by wisdom, love, respect, bravery, honesty, humility, and truth.
This Indigenous family nonprofit founded in the spirit of White Earth Nation is staffed and governed by Indigenous professionals with decades of experience in tribal early childhood education and advocacy.
“All Nations Rise exists because Indigenous Visioning believed in the power of our people, our culture, and our future. Together, we are rewriting what’s possible for Indigenous families.”
How IV and ANR Work: Two Entities, One Vision
Indigenous Visioning drives advocacy, provides training, fulfills Indigebox, and operates a dynamic Speakers Bureau that elevates Indigenous knowledge nationally. All Nations Rise channels those resources into nonprofit programming that directly supports Indigenous parents, caregivers, and children.
All Nations Rise channels those resources into nonprofit programming — supporting parents, caregivers, and children directly
Proceeds from IV services fund ANR's mission, ensuring that every dollar invested in IV's work has a ripple effect, strengthening Indigenous families and communities
Together, they embody a unique model — a for-profit "mothership" and a nonprofit movement working in tandem for Indigenous generational change.
