Hello and welcome! We’re excited to invite you to join our FFN community. By completing this registration form, you’ll gain access to our member portal and help us understand how to support you as a caregiver. Your input helps us prioritize resources and services that meet the needs of the FFN system.
Our services are designed for unlicensed caregivers who care for children of family, friends, or neighbors while their parents are at work or attending school.
Please note: Foster care is not considered FFN child care for these services.
A few things about your information:
We collect this information so we can learn more about you, understand the support you’re looking for, and determine the best ways to stay in touch with you.
You can skip any question or choose not to provide certain information. You’ll still receive resources to help with your caregiving. However, some resources may be less personalized, and we may not be able to share every opportunity that could help you proactively.
Only All Nations Rise staff who work directly with FFN caregivers will see your responses.
We may share anonymized data (with no names or contact information) with the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth & Families, which funds the FFN program. This helps improve state support for caregivers like you.
Your information will only be shared for other purposes if required by law.
Thank you for taking the time to register. We look forward to supporting you and your caregiving journey!
